    Heather Freed, LCSW, specializes in holistic teletherapy, integrating evidence-based practices. Since 2012, she has helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationships and life transitions by focusing on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Heather’s mission is to empower clients to find their peace, power, and purpose. Heather currently serves clients throughout Illinois.
