For Women Who Carry It All
You may look successful, capable, and put-together on the outside — but inside feel exhausted, unseen, and responsible for everything. I help women break patterns of self-abandonment, over-functioning and burnout and start building a life rooted in peace, power and purpose.
A Place to Come Back to Yourself
-

I help women who carry it all - at work, at home, and in relationships.
Hi, I’m Heather Freed, LCSW, and founder of Freed Minds. As a therapist, former executive, wife, and mom, I understand the unique pressure many women carry — the pressure to lead, care for others, hold everything together, and keep performing even when they feel exhausted inside. I know how easy it is to lose yourself in the process.
I work with women who are tired of living this way — women who are burned out from over-functioning, disconnected from their own needs, and ready for something deeper than just getting through the day. Through holistic, trauma-informed therapy, I help women heal the patterns underneath burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and self-neglect so they can live with more clarity, peace, and purpose.
My work supports healing of the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Together, we work to help you reconnect with yourself, shift long-standing patterns, and create a life that feels more grounded, reciprocal, and aligned with who you truly are.

My Approach
-
Holistic
I believe healing involves the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. Therapy addresses not only symptoms, but all of the factors impacting your emotional, relational, physical, and spiritual well-being.
-
Personalized
Your therapy is tailored to your unique history, needs, relationships, and goals. No two women carry the same story, and no healing path should feel one-size-fits-all.
-
Depth-Oriented
I help clients get to the root of patterns like burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, and self-abandonment so change can be meaningful and lasting.
-
Grounded + Safe
I offer a warm, collaborative space where you can feel deeply seen and supported, while also gaining practical tools for boundaries, regulation, relationships, and daily life.
